1 of 1 found this helpful At first I couldn't get my computer on the dock. When I finally did, I couldn't get it off! I finally realized it was locked and did NOT come with a key to unlock it. I tried everything to get the computer off but it wouldn't budge. Thankfully someone I work with had a box of keys for our work docks and one eventually worked. If I hadn't had a key to unlock it, I don't know what I would have done to get my computer off the dock. Now it works fine. Make sure when you are ordering your dock, that it is either unlocked or comes with a key! If it doesn't come with a key (which mine did not) I do not recommend this product since there is no way to use it if it is locked.
