I purchase this phone for someone else and he love the phone. Happy with everything the phone arrived in a week of purchase. Thank You
The person I gave it to say it was not a 3G or something like that. He can get the phone to work don't know if the phone is defective or is the area we live in. We are in Alaska but I have never have any problems with my AT&T phones. Really don't know of what to do in this case but would like to see what the seller can do to help me cause the guy is unhappy with the phone. He is an old guy and I would like him to be able to use the phone.
