Tivo review
6 of 6 found this helpful The DVR worked good but Tivo service would not activate it because they don't activate Tivo series 3 and below . So unless you do like I did and take the hard drive out and put it in one you already have that I activated two years ago before they quit activating the older ones . The one I have went out and it was a bad hard drive. So I switched hard drives with the one I got on eBay and reset and deleted everything on it and my old one works great. If you don't reset and delete it won't record. It will keep giving you a hardware error. Just thought this might be helpful to someone who doesn't know.
