Read everything carefully!!!
2 of 2 found this helpful This bed came without rails. After I received it & found there were no rails, I reread the description & it says in small print that bed may be pictured with optional items. I guess they were referring to the rails. Then I had to find rails that fit this model & buy them separately. Good thing I have a few days before the patient comes home. Not happy. Seems like a great bed. The entire bed raises & lowers. Plus the head & foot raise with the easy to work control.
