One Thousand White Women
This is a compelling story of white women who went west to marry into a Cheyenne tribe. The writing is great--you can almost feel what these women are feeling. They were unusual, brave, and determined. The project did not turn out to be a success, but there was a great deal to be learned about love and life.

Wonderful sleeper of a cookbook!
Have not tried anything yet, as I have cancer and have not had enough energy to cook, but I am excited to try out some of these innovative ideas.
