Great product!
I have used this product for at least seven or eight years and unfortunately they changed the formulation and now comes in a different colored box and nobody likes it as much as this one that I bought from you They don't make it anymore ! So I was so happy to get yours thank you !

GREAT!
I love this coffee pot it was used but yet very clean and works perfectly ! After buying A new Braun coffee maker Brewsence which I took back too heavy I ordered this one which I had had before and I love it !

Defective!
Problem that I had with the one that was sent to me was I could not open the battery boxes on the bottom ! No matter what I tried broke two nails even slid a thin knife under there to get it open nothing worked !! I had so look forward to it and had to send it back
