Inferior workmanship
The parts that I had ordered are of substandard quality. Though they were suppose to be identical, there is enough of a deviation that I am unable to use either partsan ". They are too short, and the bends are in the incorrect positions.
A member of my family was able to order this part without issues. The part fits without having to contort or modify this item. To further my frustration, when I called Customer Service as Dorman, the lack of empathy, and no assistance was offered with regards to the placement of the parts.
I had requested an installation diagram, and I was told to use the other line as a guide. After attempting to explain that the part in question had been removed. The rep. continued to repeat his first statement. At that point in the conversation I knew I was not going to expect any resolution to this unfortunate scenario. I have made the decision I will avoid any purchases on Ebay in the future due to this.
