Tombstone the great Chinese famine
3 of 3 found this helpful My years in high school were full of great times. Little did I know of China's great famine during this same time span. Reading this book opened my eyes for the first time of the extent and severity of this emense tragedy put on the Chinese people. Fifty million deaths is unimaginable! The causes for this to have happen should be realized by all humankind and allowed to never happen again to any people by any government.I recommend Tombstone to everyone including mainland China!

If you love the sea and it's life within then this book will take you places you have yet to explore. Mollusks are some of the most interesting and fascinating creatures. The authors' experiences and discoveries about them will amaze and intrigue you.
The wonder of it all! Great read!
