Good, but with minor issues
The headset is good but has pros and cons:
Pros:
- Good volume.
- Good tone and sound for the receiver (the person on other end).
- Easy connection.
Cons:
- Volume control is not very fine. Only low, medium, loud settings.
- Volume control is not obvisou, as it has same tone with each setting so you don't know when on phone.
- Earpiece that goes over the ear is loose, so headset moves.
- Only one plastic earpiece that goes in ear. Other Motorola earpieces had several that allowed for better fitting for different shaped ears.
- The sound in the ear is kind of 'tinny' and 'echoy'.
- Not compatible with previous models, so earpiece and over-ear do not fit.

Sound in - 5 out of 10
Sound out - 10/10
Volume control - 3/10
Fit - 4/10
Overall satisfaction - 6/10
Overall satisfaction with previous Motorola model - 9.5/10
