Energy and focus
I've taken these for months switched to a different kind and now I'm back to these. These give the energy I need to care for my two year old and get housework done. It also keeps me busy to where my mind isn't going elsewhere on non wanted things to think about it. I really like these as far as weight I really haven't seen a difference but I don't diet I use for the energy and focus. I'm sure if I excercised it would help though.
