My New Laser
10 of 10 found this helpful It has been 10 days that I have had my Laser Machine. When it arrived I did not know what to expect. Some online comments describe receiving there machines with significant damage. After uncreating the only thing wrong with my machine was one rubber foot came off during transit and I screwed the foot back on. I inspected every bolt and wire connection. Nothing was broken, lose or missing. I read the manual, looked over the software and watched several videos on youtube. After a couple of days I was confident I could create a programed and run my machine. I am very pleased with the quality of everything I received. This is a very high quality product at a very competitive price, crated so it could be shipped halfway around the world and be delivered to my house and arrive in excellent condition. The machine and software is easy to use and I am sure I will get many years of service out of it.
