It's OK if you put them over a very thick pair of socks and with a gel insert or orthopedic insert, but not good alone. It doesn't relieve your pain. I wouldn't purchase it if I were to only wear it alone for pain. The material is of good quality and durable but doesn't have any cushion to it

1 of 1 found this helpful I didn't think that this gadget would work but I have to say that it's been giving me neck relief thus far. It allows my neck muscles to relax. Once you find a comfortable position whether in bed or sitting anywhere that has support to lean on...it does the job. I have fallen asleep a few times but of course you have to remove it if you are not a stationary sleeper. So far so good it was worth the money this time.
