Not OEM but a direct replacement.
I bought this seat and it was no trouble to put it on my L-120 tractor. It's not as robust as the original seat and I really have only had it on for about a month but so far so good. The back of the seat is molded plastic, maybe ABS. This compares with steel on the original. I can't tell if the seat cover material is the same thickness or not but time will tell. It was cheaper than the replacment seats i've seen offered on Northern and the bolt pattern matches the original.
