WINDOW SEAT
There was a problem attaching the top tier as even with a power screw driver I couldn't get the screws tight enough for that tier to be flush to the top of the post. Unfortunately, one of the screws broke in half and there are only two screws securing the top tier. It still seems sturdy enough for either of my cats but it is a bit tilted and they avoid it. They both enjoy sitting in the tree and looking out the front window. NOTE: I did use a drill to start the holes in the top of the post, using a smaller drill bit than the width of the screw, as I find that helps make it much easier to install screws. Maybe I should have drilled deeper into the post to help make the top tier flush with the top of the post. Hope that helps.

2 of 2 found this helpful I got a kick out of you asking how I liked this product. While I personally don't care for it, my cats LOVE it! As I put it in the bowls and carry it to their feeding area, they are meowing like crazy and trying to trip me in their eagerness for me to put the bowls down. This is another Fancy Feast winner.
