1 of 2 found this helpful The phone is of excellent quality. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the price was so low because it did not have batteries in it which are very expensive. Luckily, my husband had saved some batteries from another phone, so I was able to use them. I do think it should be written more obviously that it does not include batteries.
