Great way to freshen up hair between shampoos!!
Shampooing too often really dries out my fine hair, and I hate having to comb through all the tangless associated with washing it. This product is light, and adds life to my limp hair. Smells wonderful, too!! A little pricey, but I've only used a sample size, so if it lasts a while, it will be worth it.

Great exfoliator!
Use your favorite cleanser and exfoliate! You can use as much or a little pressure as you like. Gets your face clean and improves circulation. Might be a little rough for someone with sensitive skin, but you can adjust the pressure so that you get the benefit without any irritation. Low tech, which I love. I recommend it!
