Good book to refresh you
It isn't the same as pictured, but is the same series. My book is green, not maroon. I got this to fine tune my keystroke speed. I used this series 20+ years ago in college. This book and much practice helped me type 70 wpm. I suggest this book to help with your speed. I'll use an online software to test myself.

Best Spa Yet
I first heard this on Amazon music and decided to buy CDs to play to help induce relaxed atmosphere and sleep. It works!
