Head Synthetic PPS Multifilament 17g
My all time fav string is Head Rip Control 18g, BUT as a Club Pro who does lots of Sparring Sessions (15hrs this week alone!), and even as a Racquet Technician, it gets expensive. I have to string my racquets once a week.
So..I went on a hunt for something reasonable that I could continue to perform and found the Head Syn Gut PPS 17g from TheLuxuryBoutique1025 at $3.50 delivered! And I've been stacking in an inventory!
The string is very lively, but dynamic (as a multifilament should be) and although I don't have buzz saw style top spin with it, it really whollops a ball flat groundstroke..and they all seem to stay in! I have a power key string adjuster in case they drift..but so far, the mains seem to hold tight.
Re: Spin My under spins have been awesome and deep!

Best Finishing Tape
This Tourna Vinyl Finishing tape is the best on the market. When I re-grip (replace or over-grip) a players racquet and hand them back their racquet, finished professionally with this tape, they always look at the well taped grip and smile! danny -- tennislink (dot) us

Rip Control Again Top Multifilament
All in all over the past 20 years, in my book, Rip Control is #1 for a multifilament. Believe me, I try to best it testing every new string thru the door; but for comfort, control, touch and with the 18ga POP!..Rip Control Rules
