Great tool for getting essential engine information
2 of 2 found this helpful The problem that I have lies with the kit. If you are like me and have a simple boat without an existing Smartcraft network then you will need to spend almost half as much again to get a working monitor. This kit comes with a cable that will not actually work to connect your motor to the monitor. What is needed is another cable with terminating resistors at each end called a CAN cable. I think that most people will be throwing out the cable that comes with the kit and having to get a CAN cable.
