Lack of 5th star. Seller was agitated at my arrival (was instructed to call 30 minutes out and I did), Seller was distressed and had a negative attitude to re-orient the item for a safe load. I paid a nice man down the road with to redo the load with a forklift after it caused damage to my truck. Soured my vacation
