Unable to get it to work

The owners manual is in such bad English that I can't figure out how to use it. I have tried contacting them but cannot get them to explain in plain English how to set the system up. I realize the unit is from China but if they are selling in the United States they should have someone that understands how to explain in English. It is very hard to contact them
