Picture could be better for the darkness at standard configuration, where is the PIP?
I've owned around three Panasonic Panablacks, Panasonic CO Ltd introduce this models with goal of developing incredible quality and durability with comfortable price.
By the time they came out to market they weren't cheap,
now days when life and technology is so much advanced therefore technology is cheaper in many aspects, they are more accesible.
The Panasonic CT-27E13 27 inches with outstanding sound and picture quality all combined in a stylish silver case, here is what i think of this TV:

The first think i asked the guy selling me this TV was if it comes with PIP (Picture in Picture) and he told me no, that's a think i dislike about this model all over, but, with the
price tag of this model its comprehensive, but i keep sticked to this model. The unit is very easy to be set up, the menu is foolproof,as there aren’t many features other than the
standard colour, tint, brightness. you will get a front 1/8th” jack for head phones along with rca input for video and left and right audio, i really was surprised with all of the
features that this tv had for such a great price, it also comes with the V-Chip or child lockout protection, which can allows parents to prevent their childrens watching shows not
suitable for them. The Remote controller is very comfortable, it's an universal remote control.

This Panablack can be purchased for around $260,nice price eh? This Assembled in Mexico TV hence the low price. adquired this TV in January 2003 so i'm making this review upon 1 year of
usage no problems at all. Pretty low price for what you get.

This is the most interesting point to talk about, cuz of the size and the quiality proper of panablack you will suppose this is a click lick boom, but no, i really disagree with the
picture because of i noticed that it was soooo dark, i set brightness and contrast a little balanced and i get a much better but it's still bit dark but much better.
Also noticed that so often the picture seems to adjust itself, like a flick, which is sometimes very annoying.
Taking away the above mentioned things, you can tell that the picture is clearer and vivid when right equalized. This Panablack doesn't fail to impress.It also has a 3-line digital
comb filter which filters the picture.

The speakers are mounted on the sides, by tradition and experience with TV models with mounted sides speakers i can tell you that they do not handle adequately, but this Panablack have
a built in AI Sound (Artificial Intelligence Sound) that emulates Sourround very well, i was impressed by the outstanding Sound quality i think this is the best Feature this TV comes
with,the sound was never distorted, always clear. Of course it's much better to be using my Yamaha HTR-5240 Received hooked up with 6 Jamo Speakers, but for average users, these speakers really do well in standalone.

Overall im very impressed of this TV for its price tag, This Panablack CT-27E13 is everything that you would expect for its price an incredible quality TV and Superb sound.
I've always been impressed with Panasonic Products. You won't get better than this for the price.
