Scaffolding
I purchased 2 units to reach a 13 foot ceiling along with outriggers. So far they have been great for wiring and hanging lights in my shop. I am not sure how well they would hold up to heavy construction work, but they are perfect for my needs.

Junk!
This sander does not have the power to keep the RPM's consistent. It bogs down even with very little pressure. It will not run at all at the lower speeds. As soon as you place it up the the wall, it stops completely. The motor got hot very quickly and started smoking. I quickly turned it off. It will still run, but is pretty much useless as far as I am concerned. It is also VERY loud and would require hearing protection if it was usable. Also, the control knob for the speed and the on off switch is on the cord rather than on the handle where it would be easily accessible. poor design. It is a waste of money!
