Not the same as before
1 of 1 found this helpful I originally purchased from the Etae website for my first order it was great! My second order came from Ebay....the shampoo and conditioner were fine. The caramel was crystallized. I shook it up as much as I could. It was so gritty when I used it. The second treatment the caramel was even more gritty that it wouldn't come through the top. I had to take the top off to use it and that was worse. It took 4 washes to get the caramel out of my hair.
