Great Purchase
I repair PC's, and this happened to be a relative's laptop that needed a new keyboard. It's rugged, and should last for quite some time. Easy to swap out.

Great Radio For The Price
As a ham radio operator and also one who sells ham radio equipment, I've been looking for a budget-priced radio for customers who don't wish to spend a lot of money on a handheld. This radio fits the bill perfectly. It can be set for either simplex or repeater operation, and has all the tones. If you're programming several channels that have the same shift and tone, you can just enter the tx and rec freqs and save them to a memory channel. You don't have to repeat the shift, tone, etc., if they are the same for all the channels you're programming.
There are a few extra steps one must take while programming, but I would expect this, since it's not an expensive unit. Once you learn the steps, it's easy. You can also order software to program it.
The audio is clear -- both on transmit and receive. It's compact and lightweight. This is a plus, since ham radio operators often have a lot of gear when on public service and emergency events. With the optional speaker mic, the radio can be clipped to your belt. The LCD screen is a little small, but easily read.
I do think the manufacturer could include a much better user manual. It's not very well laid out, nor does it really explain how to program. Other than that, I think the radio is well worth the money, and should do just fine in the field.

Great buy Avaya 18 button phone for Partner II - Great Buy
The Euro style Partner phone is very versatile; many ways to program the operation buttons. By customizing the buttons, you can tailor the phone to the specific employee's calling requirements.
