It works.......
It works and does the job. Being all metal and aluminium I think that it is a better product than those with the plastic collet/handles. In saying that it works, I use it to clean up 3D printed plastic parts but it should work just as well on soft non ferrous metals just as well.

Not all glass is the same
I bought two of these sheets, they arrived and I put them to one side until needed. After a few weeks I took one out of its packaging, fitted it to my printer and set the height on all four corners. When I tried to print on the plate I was having all sorts of problems...as if my deck height was incorrectly set. I checked all four corners again but all was good. It was then when I checked the centre height of the bild plate, it was way off, I removed the plate and inspected it...it was warped by at least 0.25mm! It was totally useless for the application that it is intended for!
Bad luck you might think? I tried the second one....warped exactly the same. In my opinion these are totally useless and the warping is due to bad heat tempering during manufacture....could it be that they are seconds?? Who knows...but I do know that should you buy these that there is a good chance that they may be warped! Want to take a chance....go ahead and buy some....if you have bad bed adhesion and warped prints you have been warned!!

A great replacement sheath
I bought this for my Hultafors HD sheath knife. The knife is fantastic but the sheath that comes as standard is hard plastic and terrible, this leather sheath is a really worthwhile upgrade. The sheath will fit a variety of knives but you may have to mold and stretch it to fit as I did with my knife as the securing strap was a little short to fit around the handle. This is easy to do, if your knife is hi carbon steel, apply a little Vaseline to stop the blade from rusting and then dampen the leather strap with some hot water from the tap. Put the knife into the sheath and stretch the strap until the pop-clasp closes...let it dry for a few hours and the job is done..a perfect fit.
