  This transaction started off bad, but the seller went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy! The post office missorted my package (card) to another facility where it didn't move for 4 days and most likely got damaged. Mark really stepped up and refunded my money and told me just to keep the card. What a class act!!! I would not hesitate to buy from him again because he stands behind the products he sells. Thank you so much, and it's a shame the post office wrecked this card. A+
