7 of 7 found this helpful I have groomed my dogs for well over 30 yrs. when people and vet sees them they think they have been professionally groomed. The wahl clippers give a smooth cut and I don't worry that they will catch the skin and cut the dog. I have other wahl clippers besides this one and I would give it a 5 if I didn't need to clear it so frequently -but I do have dogs that attain very long to the floor hair. I have used other brands, but prefer the wahl brand. ( about the long hair, if you are fairly new to grooming your dog, use the scissors first to remove the excess hair to make using clippers easier.) lastly, this is a nice set.

1 of 1 found this helpful When Target was selling this brand it seemed to have more chicken wrapped on it, it now has very little. My dogs use to like it, now they won't touch it. They sniff it and walk away. Don't know what is different,but they say YUK.
