He saw my complaint about receiving damaged batteries & refunded the purchase price of the UPS. This was way more compensation than I think is necessary but I couldn't talk him out of it! Amazing!

Great features but bulky.
Front panel pushbuttons make it easy to put the variable supplies either in series or parallel. However, the technology is old so the supply is really too large for the available space on my workbench & too heavy to easily move around. The front panel meters make it easy to adjust the output settings.
