POOR QUALITY INSTRUCTIONS

First of all, the instructions for various applications are of poor quality Xeroxed copies and leaves a lot of questions in installer's mind. Second, I always thought NAFTA required all instructions to be written in the three main languages of English, French and Spanish for our trade partners.??? I know they are made in Mexico and have other languages on the boxes they arrive in, but instructions need vast improvement.
