Wide is good!
With the Canon Digital Crop Factor of 1.6 I was having some difficulty when the occasion presented itself for larger groups and scenic shots. I had studied my options thoroughly and decided to stay with the name that I knew and trusted. I have not been disappointed with my choice! This lens is sharp as well as being moderately fast. My first use of it was a Car and Motorcycle show and I have to tell you that I was ecstatic with the results to say the least! For the money I don't believe that you can go wrong.
