The product was defective.
0 of 1 found this helpful I installed the new control board being very careful to make all the connections as they were on the original control board. The trolling motor still did not work. I took the trolling motor to Ollie Damon's in Portland Oregon. They replaced the control board that I had installed and now the trolling motor works.
