Cured the problem
This magnetic door stop provides me with two functions. The door needs to stop before the knob hits the wall and the door needs to be held completely open while the AC or heat blower is on. This easily installed door stop does both. It replaces the original door stop with a few small screws, looks good and holds the door open with magnetic force. I have four in my home now and love them.

Replacement item
This filter is a replacement for the old one that has been in the car for a year. I recommend it because it fits perfectly and filters the air as it should. It's a little expensive, but since it keeps dust and dirt out of my heater, AC and interior it is worth it. Quality is defined as conformance to requirements, and this filter has the quality I want.

Wasted time and money
I felt that the book was too touchy-feely. If I ever had a boss that sat down and cried in front of me I would lose all respect for her and probably quit. The boss decides what needs to happen and assigns the work. If you have 200 people to monitor you have no time to get to know them individually. Don't play favorites. I really didn't find many nuggets here.
