just my opinion...
we needed to replace my husbands cell phone as it had been thru the washer...literally. we picked this particular one because of the sleek, simple design. we were very happy with our choice as it is not as complicated to operate as some other cell phones we had shopped around and seen. there is really nothing i dislike about this phone and to be honest i have even thought of putting my own older cell phone thru the washer as a perfect excuse to purchase another one just like it for myself. :)
