Haier 42EP25BAT Plasma TV BUYER BEWARE!!!!
The proglem that I have is we were watching a tv show and heard a mild pop and no picture. We still have sound. I was just on the phone with Haier and they asked me to contact a tech to fix my problem. I purchased this tv on a black friday sale from Office Depot. They no longer carry tvs. I called Sears, they no longer carry Haier either! I was on a site online called Fixya and they suggest an upgrade kit TV-3940-01 from HAIER America...but this is difficult if not impossible to get. Haier knows that there is a problem but there is no recall on the product...There is no class action suit. WHY? I never received my rebates for the original purchase but then I ended up spending almost a year in treatment for breast cancer and lost track of what I did and did not ger...
