  I'm disappointed the item was listed as new, but came with rusted screws. However, the buyer shipped the item promptly.

  Hello, I apologize that the screws were rusty. I bought that mount new 2 years ago and it has sat in my safe the whole time. It has never been mounted in fact it I never took it out of the pack. I did see the pictures and it is slight surface rust and will not affect the functionality. In fact it is likely the screws will be scratched by the torx bit during mounting and will need touching up anyway. If you are still not satisfied, you are welcome to return.
