0 of 1 found this helpful The on-off switch should not be on the inside it rubs against your neck and short out. Needs to be put on the outside. Neck band is not ridget enough does't stay around your neck when lying down (stretches, bench press)

Calm
I have always had problems sleeping. Once you take your product within 30 minutes your body starts relaxing and you can get some sleep!
