Doesn't really do anything. Sorry I spent the $$ on this because I certainly can live without it in my makeup bag. I really only use it because I paid so much for it!

doesn't remove tough eye makeup

Kind of sorry I purchased this as I was looking for something gentle that would remove eyeliner and mascara. This just didn't do it.
