My tester showed the stones as citrines, and they were authenticated as H Stern by the GIA. GIA repacked them with their usual high-quality sturdy box, certificate, and the seller charged me nothing for shipping to them or to me. Was a little hesitant when my item arrived because the packaging (box) had a couple holes in it, some were taped, and some weren’t however the item wasn’t damaged and was new as described!   Shipping and packaging was good. Unfortunately, I belive plane pressure caused one bottle to leak and damage the display carton.. seller and myself came to a mutual agreement regarding damages.   The seller was extremely easy to communicate with during the purchasing process. My package was torn open at one end. The parts of the windshield had fallen out during shipping across the country. I reached out to the seller and asked for a discount so I could purchase new hardware. The seller was very kind and helpful and refunded me 1/3 of the purchase price and apologized profusely. I will definitely do business with this seller in the future.
