Al-Anon does work and this book helps
So much is packed into this one book: the Twelve Steps, the Twelve Traditions, Slogans, members' experience, strength, and hope. For anyone wanting/needing to know how Al-Anon can help them in their situation, this is the book to read. Over and over again.

Truly, this is hope for today and tomorrow
The book was in excellent condition. As for the contents, I highly recommend this book. The daily readings are so good. So often, the topic is just what I need for the day. Even though it's suggested for Adult Children, I think that even people who did not grow up in such a family would benefit.
