Great for my use
I use these irons to make a special cookie recipe handed down in my family by my grandmother who used a single iron held over an open flame for heat to make her cookies. I can make 4 cookies in each of my three irons in the time it would take her to make one cookie. I made over 90 dozen cookies for family and friends using this iron over this past holiday season. Does a perfect job in approximately one and one half minute.
