Rare, authentic, and great price!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this for my best friend for Christmas. She's highlighter obsessed and loves jeffree. It was packaged overly well in three layers of bubble wrap with a cute "thank you" sticker.
As for the quality, like any classic jeffree highlighter, it's great! It's in a huge pan so you'll probably never run out.
