I'm FIRED UP!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Why you bought it: I purchased the CD (Fired Up!) a few weeks ago and was thrilled that it had A Lot of Great Hits for various artist's in the same CD.
My dislike: Not enough Great artist's to fit on one CD.

I purchased this book to help identify what muscle groups where being impacted in certain exercises.
What I like most about it:
I was amazed at the detail of anatomy and specific muscles being used during my exercise routines.
What I dislike about it:
Nothing, Excellent exercise (Instructional) Book.
