01-06 Highlander CONTINENTAL Tensioner
This "CONTINENTAL" belt tensioner for 2001-2006 HIGHLANDER 2.4 was the EXACT same part as was OEM. The markings were exactly like on the 15yr. old original part I removed!
NOTE:
The original 15yr. old tensioner had a chattering noise coming from the little shock/spring - even though there was NO visible movement or play anywhere- even the on pulley?!- Serpentine belt was NOT bouncy either?
But this new tensioner made the noise go away for good.
Took less than 1hr to replace.

Got this & Exedy Pressure plate
& have piece of mind it's not just gonna come shred apart one day outta nowhere - or wear right away. Sometimes you get lucky with those- but not worth the chance. Exedy all the way..
