Did not warm a small room. Disappointing.

about heating an RV. My room is about 8x16' and this heater did not put out enough
heat to make the room comfortable (in addition to the existing heat in the room).
It is cute with a cheery fire but not enough heat if you want to warm up a room. The sticky
label on the top is still not coming off using "Goo Gone" and alcohol.
I'm currently using it as a display piece or end table.

Lack of Customer Service.
1 of 1 found this helpful We have used a Mighty Mule Gate Opener for many years. When it works it is
awesome. I gave the product 3 stars. The problem is that this unit lives outdoors
and is subject to weather and insects and then you have a big $$$ problem. If it is an
outside product the circuit boards and transmitters should be built to exterior quality.
We have had about 5 units. The problem is there is NO customer service from Mighty Mule.
If you pack up the unit and return it they claim they will repair and return. But they don't answer their phone if you have problems or questions.There is no way to get an estimated repair price. So we just buy a replacement and pay the price because we need a gate.. If you call the main phone number someone answers and gives you a repair number to call but no one answers. For a while we could use some old parts to put together a working unit. Then they modernized the design (but not the components) and design changes meant we could not do our own repairs.
The transmitters are expensive and fail all the time. I have about 6 failed key pads and 2 failed fobs.
I just wish the product had better components and a company to back up it's product.
