    One of the large plastic containers that holds half the episodes arrived damaged in the corner (I think during shipping b/c I found plastic pieces). The DVDs themselves appear to be undamaged. The price was fair and service quality, but admittedly a $5 credit for the damaged case would make my rating go up to a 5. Thanks.
