2 of 2 found this helpful Prior to taking this, my mother (84) had UTIs on what seemed a regular basis. She had even been hospitalized several times for complications from UTIs. Since taking this product (about 2 1/2 years), she has not had another UTI.

Yes and No
I have 2 dogs that played tug of war with this. Even though this is a tough, well-made product, it did not withstand their play. They shredded it quickly. I threw it away because as the exterior was torn away, a coarse, nylon-like threading was exposed. I did not want the dogs swallowing any of it, so it went in the trash after about 2 days. This was not a satisfactory product for my dogs, but perhaps it is ok for dogs who are more gentle with toys.

Buy with confidence
I have been using this brand of hot/cold packs for years. It's nice that this company has maintained the quality of the product and hasn't "cheapened" it like so many other companies do over time.
