" Excellent cutting ability"
1 of 1 found this helpful I had purchased another brand of mandoline and was really not impressed. I then went ahead and purchased the Swissmar Borner mandoline of which I read about on the web as being the best for the money. It really is great at slicing along with all the other features. Many years ago I had the German made Swiss Borner mandolin and it lasted for almost thirty years. Needless to say, this is well worth the money.
