"Unopened" yet registered

First, let me say this was a great value and I have enjoyed the Kindle fire and the purchase process was easy and without delay. However, upon opening the Kindle I found it was registered to someone which told me it was not "unopened". This was easy to fix, unregister then re-register, no problem. Description should indicate that it was a previously registered Kindle to better represent it. But, like I said previously there was no problem with it at all.
