    The ad did not mention the item came in child proof packets. The pictures showed normal packets. I contacted seller and he messaged me back quickly that due to new regulations all batteries had to be in child proof packaging. I returned the item, and seller promptly issued a return of funds. I only blame seller for not mentioning this issue. Nor did any other seller. Basically, a good seller that missed the mark one time for me.

    This sellers picture photo of item sold to me is not what I received. I immediately messaged seller. Responded back with forthcoming new laws about childproof packaging requirements in future. This had nothing to do with what this seller sold to me that was in photo I purchased from. Exactly not what I ordered. I ordered 4 sets of 80 batteries. If the seller did not have the packaged ones as he sold me I should be contacted. Seller apologized for my inconvenience said do eBay return if I chose.

    The product shown in the picture is different than what was received. Both are good 312 batteries but the pictures shows an easy open packaging. The "Child resistant" package delivered is not only "child resistant" it is often adult resistant; read the other comments. We will not knowing purchase again from this vendor. We tried contacting the seller several times but the eBay system did not cooperate.

    PLEASE be aware that this description of this purchase is not accurate! These are not "easy pull" batteries. They are child proof packaging that are extremely difficult to get out for usage! I contacted the seller regarding incorrect advertising and was sent a lengthy explanation regarding child proof packaging and the law and how to open the packaging with scissors. The box was crushed due to shipment in an envelope. They did offer for me to return them but my 91 year old mother needs them.

    The picture shows a package that snaps together and easy to open but mine was a round package with each battery sealed in it. Very hard to get them out. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get the one shown in the picture but fast shipping is why I gave it 4 stars
